4. Fare & Payments
- The fare shown before booking is an estimate and may change based on distance, waiting time, tolls, or route changes.
- Payments can be made using the available payment methods in the app.
- All completed rides must be paid in full.
5. Ride Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a ride before the driver arrives.
- Cancellation charges may apply if the driver has already been assigned or has reached the pickup location.
- Repeated unnecessary cancellations may result in account restrictions.
6. Customer Conduct
Customers must:
- Treat drivers with respect.
- Avoid abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior.
- Not damage the driver's vehicle.
- Follow all applicable laws during the ride.
RideX reserves the right to suspend accounts for misconduct.
7. Safety
- Always verify the driver's name, vehicle, and registration number before starting the ride.
- Wear a seatbelt whenever available.
- In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
8. Lost & Found
RideX is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Customers should contact the driver through the app as soon as possible if an item is lost.
9. Service Availability
RideX services may not be available in all areas or at all times. Availability depends on driver presence and operational conditions.
10. Prohibited Activities
Customers must not:
- Use RideX for illegal activities.
- Carry prohibited or dangerous items.
- Use fake identities or payment methods.
- Misuse promotional offers or referral programs.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed according to RideX's Privacy Policy. RideX uses customer information only to provide and improve its services.
12. Limitation of Liability
RideX acts as a technology platform connecting customers with independent drivers. RideX is not liable for delays, traffic conditions, weather disruptions, or losses beyond its reasonable control.
